BOPP film is being laminated with PP woven fabric and is widely used for economic attractive branding and better strength.
In addition to its usual qualities, BOPP,s Biaxial orientation process results in increased strength , enhanced clarity, Improved stiffness and more resistance.

Manufacturing Process
New Bopp film gets printed on the reverse rotogravure printing machine with the help of engraved cylinders as per design and turned into a BOPP printed film. The fabric obtained from Looms is then laminated with the Printed BOPP film with the help of extrusion lamination process. This process is also called sandwich lamination. After this it goes to finishing section where printed and laminated rolls goes through cutting, bottom stitching, gusseting, EZ open and handle etc depending on customer’s requirement.
We have adequate infrastructure to produce various finish like glossy finish, matt finish, matt metalized finish etc.
Material Combination
Woven bags are made using different materials such as the fabric, threads, crip tape, handle, pull tape and back seam glue. All these materials with certain proportions aid the manufacturing of coated and uncoated woven bags.
Flexography Printing
Here at Knack, we also offer high-quality flexo printing at a very nominal rate. The best thing about this particular type of printing is that it can be printed on uncoated bags as well. We can offer upto six different colours in flexo printing on woven bags at very economical printing cost.
