Introduction
Woven fabric/sack is any textile formed by weaving. Woven fabrics are often created on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft. Earlier fibers were made from cotton, wool and silk but gradually due to higher requirements and pricing synthetic fiber took over the market.
So the fabric made of Polypropylene or High Density Polyethylene thread is called PP/HDPE woven sack or fabric.

Manufacturing Process
The Tape Extrusion Lines at our facility are efficient to process PP/HDPE tapes for a wide variety of applications such as woven/knitted bags, jumbo bags (FIBCs), carpet backing, tarpaulin, wrapping fabric, ropes, twines and many more. During the production, the cutting edge tape making technology uses a dual-stage stretching process where the tapes are pre-stretched before they pass into the hot air oven for a final stretch. It makes the process smoother and improves the working speed and efficiency. It also provides stability to the whole process. In addition to this, it helps in enhancing the tape properties as well.
Material Combination
Granule and Masterbatch are the key material used in the manufacturing of tapes. Though specific temperature and calculations are essential to turn granules into the end product.
